Saturday, June 15th – REPAIR AFFAIR – Everyone is welcome to help! Details will follow.
Bible Days 2013 will be held the week of June 10-14. The hours are 9:00 to 12:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 to 11:00 on Friday.
Children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade may attend. Sixth graders may be tent helpers and 7th and 8th graders may work in crafts, the nursery, and help in many other ways. We will need many adult and high school volunteers as well to make this week a success!
Please mark your calendars now for this exciting week. Please fill out the two forms, registration and volunteer located here: download, and turn in to the parish office with payment by May 17th. If you have any questions, please call Jenny Schaaf 451-8341, or email Jschaaf06@gmail.com.
St. Agnes School will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in January of 2014. To prepare for that event, we want to get current mailing addresses for as many alums as possible. As a first step, we want to identify a class agent for each graduating class. If you are willing to be that person for your graduating class, please contact Carol Meirose at or call the School Office at 458-2850. Thanks in advance for your help!
The committee preparing for the centennial is working on putting together a booklet to capture some of the history and memories of the past 100 years. We ask that all alums take the time to fill out a survey that will allow them to contribute to this effort. The survey is linked to this website here and can also be found in hard copy in both the parish and school offices. If you would like a hard copy mailed to you or anyone, please call Connie Holt in the school office at 458-2850. We ask that all surveys be returned by June 15th. They can be completed online or returned to the parish or school offices.
At the same time we are interested in collecting photo-quality copies of any photos that have historical value in depicting the 100 years of St. Agnes School. These could be of traditions, special events, etc. These too can be brought to the school or parish office.
Thanks for your help with this project. As with all things St. Agnes, this is certainly a community effort!
